RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. You will receive store credit for the total price of the item(s) (excluding shipping charges).


- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied

- To be eligible for a return, your must first contact Customer Care to approve your return. Any orders sent without approval will be denied.

- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygienic reasons, we do not refund the following items: swimwear and accessories (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, iphone cases, ipad cases, shoes and beauty products).

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance whens shipping your item(s) back. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.

- There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.

- Please allow 7-10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to and additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle).

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

-No returns on wholesale orders. All wholesale orders are final sale.



Glamzelle.com reserves the right to decline the refund of your items if the above terms have not been followed.

 

RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS

In case that you weren't home and the parcel is available for pick-up at your post office, please make sure you do pick it up before the deadline. Once the deadline is passed, the parcel is sent back. In such situations, we cannot guarantee the safe receipt back of the parcel, as there is no way to track back the parcel.Shipping fees will not be reimbursed back to the customer either.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While we exercise every effort to guarantee our site reflects our most up to date inventory, there are times when certain items are out of stock. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email. The amount paid for out of stock items will be refunded before shipping any other products in the order.
